Olayanju Phillips is a member of the Corporate Finance Team at SPA Ajibade & Co., with a focus on business advisory, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and FinTech.

He advises a wide range of clientele ranging from Corporations to Financial Technology companies and international money transfer operators on licensing requirements and company securities, and interfaces with regulatory bodies in Nigeria.

Olayanju joined the Firm as an NYSC intern in 2018. He has been invited to speak at an international conference on the regulation of FinTech and Remittances in Africa, and as a Delegate at the 2nd South African Impact Investment Forum held in partnership with the South African President’s Investment Conference.

Olayanju explores the intersection of law, business and technology, with an interest in the interplay of innovation and regulation in the technology sector.
