COVID 19: Business Continuity Statement

Our Lagos and Abuja offices have been closed in compliance with the directives issued by the Federal Government of Nigeria on 29th March 2020 mandating a total lockdown in Lagos State, Ogun State and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja for 14 days effective from 11pm on Monday 30th March 2020. This action is aimed towards curbing the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Subsequently, the Federal Government of Nigeria also announced an extension of the lockdown for another 14 days effective from 11pm on Monday 13th April 2020.

Our Lawyers are working remotely and remain available to respond to your email/telephone enquiries. Should you require a formal discussion of your matter, we confirm that we have technology in place to conduct conference calls and online meetings.

Whilst we are unable to carry out or conclude assignments that involve the courts, government registries or parastatals (also affected by the lockdown), other assignments will continue without interruption. If you require further clarification, please get in touch with your usual SPA Ajibade & Co. contact.
