- Solicitors to the Issue with respect to the Public Offer and Rights Issue carried out by African Petroleum Plc in 2008;
- Solicitors to the Trustee with respect to the Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc sponsored Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in 2008;
- Solicitors to Custodian and Allied Insurance Company Plc with respect to the combined offer for subscription and rights issue it carried out in 2008;
- Solicitors to First Bank of Nigeria Plc in its 2007 N100 Billion combined offer for subscription and rights issue;
- Solicitors to the Issue with respect to the Rights Issue conducted by Fan Milk Plc in 2007;
- Solicitors to the Issue with respect to the Rights Issues conducted by Royal Exchange Assurance Nigeria Plc in 2006;
- Member of the Legal Advisory Partnership (LAP), a consortium of law firms and consultants engaged by the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) to render Senior Legal Support to the then Director General of the BPE for a period of three years with respect to the privatisation programme of the Federal Government of Nigeria;
- Transaction Counsel to Fire Equity and General Insurance Company Limited in its merger with Custodian & Allied Insurance Limited and Signal Insurance Limited;
- Solicitors and Transaction Counsel to Pacific Bank Plc in its successful Merger with several other banks to form Unity Bank Plc;
- Solicitors to the borrower in respect of a multi-million dollar revolving loan facility granted by Banque Belgolaise S.A. to Honeywell Oil & Gas Limited in a cross- border transaction;
- Transaction Counsel to Fan Milk Plc in relation to the recapitalization of the Company with an IFC/DDS loan of $4,000,000.00 by way of Convertible Debenture Stock;
- Solicitors to the Security Trustee in respect of a N535,000,000.00 facility extended to Hygeia Limited by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Ecobank Plc;
- Solicitors to the Issue with respect to the Rights Issue conducted by African Petroleum Plc in 2004;
- Negotiated Aircraft Lease Agreements for the operations of Overland Airways Limited in August 2003;
